Recently,Professor Sheng Li Xia from College of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture published a research paper entitled Determination of the appropriate extraction method for bound aroma compounds from strawberry and analysis of aroma substances in strawberry fruits of different varieties and developmental stages in Food Chemistry. This study optimized and clarified the extraction and determination methods of bound aroma compounds in strawberries, and revealed the sources of aroma differences in different varieties of strawberries.
