On August 5, the team led by Prof. Liu Lijun from the Agricultural College of Yangzhou University published a research paper entitled “Aromatic compound 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline coordinates nitrogen assimilation and methane mitigation in fragrant rice” in Current Biology. This research is of important reference value for the high-quality, green and low-carbon production of rice.
