On October 12, the team led by professor Xinan Jiao from the College of Bioscience and Biotechnology published a paper entitled Microevolution of Salmonella4, [ 5 ]. 12 : i : -derived from Salmonella entericaserovar Typhimurium through complicated transpositions online in the journal Cell Reports ( DOI : 10.1016 / j.celrep.2023.113227 ). This paper reveals the microevolution characteristics and evolution mechanism of single-phase variants of salmonella typhimurium in China.
This study first elucidates the molecular biological mechanism of the production and evolution of the globally prevalent ST34 Salmonella 4, [ 5 ], 12 : i : -.
