On August 27, Associate Professor Shu Yun of Yangzhou University and Professor Pang Huan collaborated to utilize the multifunctional CsPbBr3 @ Zr-MOF with oxidase-like activity and Prussian blue with peroxidase-like activity to construct a full-nanometer enzyme cascade system so as to realize dual-mode sensing (ratiometric fluorescence and colorimetric). The research finding was published in the high-level journal Advanced Science with the title of “Amphiphilic Polymer Capped Perovskite Compositing with NanoZr-MOF for Nanozyme-Involved Biomimetic Cascade Catalysis”.
This article first reports the application of all-inorganic CsPbX3 perovskite in biomimetic cascade catalysis, and blazes a new path for the immediate diagnosis of clinical diseases.
