From December 15 to 21, Vice President Zhao Wenming led a university delegation on an exchange visit to Serbia and Uzbekistan, where they successively visited the Belgrade Dance Institute and the Novi SadDance Institute, as well as the University of World Economy and Diplomacy and Samarkand State University in Uzbekistan. The visits focused on expanding inter-university cooperation, deepening faculty and student exchanges, and promoting research collaboration.
At the Belgrade Dance Institute in Serbia, both sides discussed topics such as faculty dispatch in vocal music, visiting scholar programs, and innovative pathways for integrating arts education with artificial intelligence. At the Novi SadDance Institutein Serbia, the delegation conducted on-site inspections of the institution’s practical teaching achievements and reached preliminary intentions on joint student cultivation.
At the University of World Economy and Diplomacy and Samarkand State University in Uzbekistan, the delegation held plaque-awarding ceremonies for the“Student Overseas Exchange Practice Base,”signed memorandums of understanding, and engaged in in-depth discussions on related themes.
During the visit, the delegation also toured teaching practice venues and research facilities at some of the institutions.
The delegation included headsfromthe Office of Industry and Technology, International Office, College of Plant Protection, and College of Music.
