From April 16 to 18, the 6th International Conference on Radiation Effects of Electronic Devices organized by YZU was held in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province.
Ding Jianning, Secretary of the CPC Yangzhou University Committee, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech.Ding Jianning put forward that the research on radiation effects of electronic devices was one of the cutting-edge research topics in the fields of aerospace, microelectronics, nuclear energy technology, etc., serving as a mainstay in reliability assurance of electronic systems in radiation environments. He expressed his willingness to continuously promote the exchange and cooperation of new theories, methods and technologies in the field of radiation effects of electronic devices by building a high-level academic exchange platform for the purpose of providing a new path for the innovative development of radiation effects of electronic devices in China.
More than 600 experts and scholars from home and abroad conducted in-depth discussions on core issues such as the damage mechanism of radiation effects of electronic materials and devices, radiation effects of electronic/optoelectronic devices and circuits, reliability assurance technology and testing, characterization of space and ground radiation effects, and new concepts and progress of radiation effects.
