The College of Tourism and Culinary Science (Food Science and Engineering) is a college with special features in Yangzhou University, with more than 1600 full-time undergraduates, more than 200 postgraduates, over 100 overseas students and 700 students for continued education and self-assistant education students.

Currently, the School consists of four departments: Tourism Management, Culinary Science and Nutrition Education, Nutriology and Food Science, which offer six undergraduate programs.

Among them, Culinary Science and Nutrition Education, as an undergraduate major of higher education, was founded as the first of its kind in China and has the longest history of schooling. Thanks to its excellence in Culinary Science and Nutrition Education, this major has been approved by Jiangsu Province as a provincial level special major.
